Widely used in nitrogen and oxygen in air separation nitrogen making machine is carbon molecular sieve and zeolite molecular sieve. The separation of oxygen and nitrogen by molecular sieve is mainly based on the different diffusion rates of these two gases on the surface of molecular sieve, and carbon molecular sieve is a kind of carbon based adsorbent which has some characteristics of activated carbon and molecular sieve. The smaller diameter of the gas diffusion is faster, more into the molecular sieve solid phase, so that the gas phase can be obtained by nitrogen enrichment. After a period of time, the molecular sieve adsorption on the oxygen balance, according to the characteristics of adsorption of gas adsorption capacity of different under the different pressure of carbon molecular sieve, reduce the pressure of the carbon molecular sieve adsorption to oxygen release, a process called regeneration.
