Nitrogen vulcanization refers to tire shaping using low pressure nitrogen (0.4-0.5MPa), tire vulcanization process, filling medium inside the capsule for high pressure steam and high pressure nitrogen gas (2.5MPa) gas mixture, temperature using low pressure steam to use high temperature vulcanization, natural rubber chain divided into mesh structure change at the same time structure, a layer of belt closely together, and formed in the tread pattern. The performance indexes of nitrogen vulcanization, such as mileage, durability, uniformity, and puncture resistance, are higher than that of traditional hot water vulcanization.
